Consultation
The owner, Melinda Neeley, will set up an initial phone call to meet the dentist/office manager and review current business practices, gaps, and revenue goals. During this stage, she will focus on the following:
-Current financial metrics and drivers
-Volume of specific treatment diagnosis
-Scheduling consistency
-Treatment plans
-Knowledge of insurance billing procedure codes

1-on-1 Coaching
Following the initial review of the business, Melinda will then work with the front office team and treatment coordinator to discuss scheduling, time management, and treatment plan follow-up.
This will be a very hands-on approach to improve treatment plan layout, presentations, and patient interaction techniques.
Utilizing her years of experience in the dental industry, Melinda will coach the team on how to read the room through better understanding patients which will lead to building stronger relationships.

Implementation
By following a customized plan, the team will learn how to maximize the schedule, improve insurance billings, and grow treatment plan sales.
The overall goal is to create a full schedule that allows for increased production and the elimination of both short-term and long-term gaps.
