Emerald Dental Consulting, LLC is owned and managed by Melinda Neeley. She has 10+ years of experience in the dental industry starting as an RDA before moving into the roles of receptionist, finance and treatment coordinator, and ultimately office manager.

Melinda has a passion for teaching and utilizes her educational background and dentistry knowledge to improve customer relationships and scale private practices.

Over the years, she has worked in multiple practices where she successfully reduced costs, created efficiencies, and substantially grew revenue.
